DA 72 PERIS+TORAL

The latest work by the Catalan studio founded by Marta Peris and José Toral is featured in this publication, with an introduction by Jordi Roig.
The cover and the first project focus on the refurbishment of the headquarters of the College of Architects of Catalonia, where they carried out a major intervention in the lobby and ancillary spaces and restored the terrace overlooking Barcelona Cathedral.
The main body of the magazine showcases five residential projects, in which they provide solutions for new social housing schemes: the award-winning homes in Cornellá, the Besós and Bon Pastor developments in the city of Barcelona, and two projects in the Balearic Islands, one in Son Servera on Mallorca and another in Ibiza.
The final project features their oldest building, dating from 2015. It is an information point in Barcelona’s Plaça de la Glòria, a temporary structure designed as a demountable element.
